Jimena holds a TESOL Certificate from Arizona State University, a Certificate with Distinction on Online Teaching from the University of New South Wales and a Certificate on Blended Learning from the Relay Graduate School of Education. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education. She is Richmond’s ELT Product Manager for Latin America and specializes in teaching English to Young Adults.
