Martha Ramirez is an experienced educator and academic consultant with over two decades of experience in the field of education. Her research focus since 2018 has been on the growth mindset and its impact on education. Martha has worked with educational institutions both nationally and internationally, providing valuable insights and guidance to improve educational outcomes. She has collaborated with the Faculty of Education at Universidad de Los Andes (Bogota, Colombia) on various educational projects, demonstrating her commitment to advancing education through innovative and evidence-based practices. Furthermore, Martha has dedicated the last decade to developing the in-class flip approach. She recently published the book “In-class flip: A student-centered Approach to Differentiated Learning” with ISTE (International Society of Technology in Education).
