At BRITÁNICO, we believe in excellence in English learning and theatrical production. With Dracula: The Bloody Truth, we’ve combined both to offer a unique educational experience that’s clever, engaging, and laugh-out-loud funny — designed especially for bilingual and English-learning students.

What is it?

A 75-minute comedy play with 4 actors performing over 40 characters. This original version retells Bram Stoker’s Dracula in a chaotic, theatrical “truth-telling” mission, full of quick changes, stage mishaps, and slapstick humour.

For whom?

Bilingual students aged 12+.

English learners with advanced level, aged 14+.

TWO WAYS TO ENJOY THE SHOW

We come to your school

  • Minimum playing space: 5 x 5 metres.
  • Requires 5–8 hours of set-up time (on the same day or the day before the show).
  • Stage lighting and sound system needed.
  • No minimum or maximum audience size.

You visit one of our venues

  • Depending on availability, we can schedule the performance at a time and date that suits your group.
  • We have venues in various districts of Lima, including Miraflores, San Miguel, Surco, and five other locations.
  • Audience size depends on the venue (estimated between 80 and 140 seats) - Dates available from August 2025.

This show is produced by Teatro Británico, which has over 20 years of experience in professional theatre productions in Peru. The directing team is led by professionals with formal theatrical training in the United Kingdom. The cast features four professional bilingual Peruvian actors.
